		<description>I loved this book too, though I enjoy most of the books Michael Lewis has written.

For sure read Moneyball if you haven&#039;t yet Josh. It&#039;s about sabermetrics and how it changed the way baseball officials look at prospects and players. Though it focuses on Billy Beane of the Oakland A&#039;s, it still teaches you a lot about the Red Sox front office strategy since the Sox employ Bill James, the grandfather of sabermetrics.
